Shipping & Delivery
We strive to deliver the goods to our customers on time irrespective of where the delivery is to be made. Extra care is taken at our end to make sure there are no discrepancies in the items we dispatch to you and all the items are properly packaged so as to avoid any damage in transit.
Deliveries will be made within 2 working days after placing your order. If you place your order prior to 3.00 pm, we'll make every effort to send out it on the same day. Your order can be delivered any time between 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. You will be able to receive alerts from the courier regarding the delivery of your parcel.

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to our carrier’s website to tell you the current status of your delivery. Alternatively you can track parcels within My Account.
Problems with your order
If your order has not been delivered within the timescales, please Contact Us. Please remember to include your order number within your message as this will help us speed up the search for your order. If we are unable to locate your parcel, we will send you a Missing Parcel Claim Form to sign and return, which will act as a declaration of your claim. Upon receipt of your declaration, we will investigate the claim and advise you of the outcome within 4 working days. If appropriate, a refund will be issued to the credit/debit card used for your purchase.
