At AB Fashion maker we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. There may be occasions where you require returning the item back to us. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.
If there is no quality-related issue, but you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the items for exchange within 5 working days of receiving your order.
Returns will only be accepted on unworn, tagged and unused merchandise. Custom made products jewelry & accessories are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Our normal return period is 10 working days from delivery date; we must receive any returned items within this time. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We also recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods that you are returning. We will take action on your parcel as soon as we receive the goods. And will then endeavor to process your request for replacements as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take up to 14 days, so we would grateful if you could bear with us. All returned goods must be in their original packaging. You are responsible for the goods until they reach us and for your own protection.
We do not accept any Product refund. If you would like a different size or colour of an item, then either you have to exchange or you'll need to place a new order.
In case you received a wrong item/color/size then we will exchange it with free of cost or you can apply for a full refund. Our team will investigate and process the refunds. Shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds will only be credited to your original payment card.
All returned goods must be in their original packaging. You must notify us before you return any goods by completing the returns form or you can write down your needs on a Paper, Please Provide your Order Ref. if you do so. Returns address which must be displayed on the packaging.
If any product you order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective, please take a photograph of the item and packaging, and send an email to email@example.com, complete with information such as parcel number, Order ID, and description, within three (3)working days. AB Fashion maker will investigate before getting back to you.

- Because of the nature of some products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges jewellery or cosmetics. This list is not exhaustive and does not affect your statutory rights.
- All our garments are fitted with tags. If any of these tags are removed or goods are damaged (including marks & scents) we will not issue a refund under any circumstances.
- All returned Products must be unused (e.g., not worn, washed, damaged, or altered)and returned in accordance with the instructions received from AB Fashion Maker. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned Product.
